EFFECT OF LOW-INTENSIVE LASER ON IMMUNITY AND ON SURVIVAL RATE AFTER AN OPERATION IN PATIENTS HAVING COLORECTAL CANCER OF THE 3 STAGE

Abstract
The first time we evaluated results of complex treatment of patients having colorectal cancer of the 3 stage, when besides operative treatment low-intensive laser exposure on spleen had been used. Positive effect of laser therapy on 3- and 5-year survival in patients with the 3 stage of colorectal cancer, increase of survival median by 5.3 months in patients with rectal cancer and by 11.5 months in patients with colonic cancer were shown. Positive effect of laser therapy on phagocytic percentage, on NK CD 16 level, on immunoglobulin A level was found.
