Abstract
Pollen pellet is a complex of biologically active substances that caused its use in therapy of a number of diseases. The given work is devoted to the study of influence of pollen pellet on major indicators of metabolism at experimental hyperglycemia, caused by adrenalin hydrochloride or insulin deficiency caused by alloxan hydrochloride. Indices of carbohydrate, lipidic, protein-nucleic metabolism condition and process are defined in experiments on rats. It is established that disorders of metabolic indices on two models of hyperglycemia have rather similar picture and that normalizing action of pollen pellet causes the metabolic processes in organism tissues. In this connection the pollen can be applied in complex treatment of hyperglycemic conditions including diabetes mellitus.
