PREVALENCE OF COPD RISK FACTORS IN PEOPLE LIVING IN COUNTRYSIDE

Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) is a very acute medical problem. It's serious social and economical burden. Disease development is connected with ecological factors exposure. Smoking is predominant among risk factors. So we were to estimate risk factors in people of countryside. 3621 people living in countyside of Ryazan region were asked with the help of standardized GARD questionnaire. Significant prevalence of COPD risk factors had been revealed. Smoking was one of the most wide-spread, it could achieve 63,18% in males 18-39 years of age.
