Abstract
Influence of reversible obstruction , that is typical for asthma, on intracardial hemdly names is not quite clear. It is known that corelatiens exist between pulmonary hemodynamics disorders and the gravity of obstructive syndrome and also the phase of inflammation. The reological changes (hyporviscidity) lead to pulmonary and cardial circulation disorders. Pulmanary hypertension taking place in astma attack increases loading of the right chambers of the heart. Hypoxemy leads to disbalance between oxygen clemand and distribution .All these factors lead to cardial respiratory insufficiency.
