Abstract
In article data of the research devoted to studying of pharmacokinetic of simvastatin at experimental hypothyreosis are resulted. It is shown changes of pharmacokinetic parameters of main metabolite of drug ? β-hydroxyacid of simvastatin, which says about decrease of bioavailability and correlation of these changes with level of T4.
