Predictors of poor prognosis in chronic heart failure

Abstract
The estimation of prognosis and identification of mortality predictors in CHF patients are one of the important clinical goals. 4-year survival rate in 167 patients with verified CHF NYHA I-IV, revealed by screening of representative sample in Ryazan region, is 76,6%. The main factors impairing prognosis in population are age and functional class of CHF.
