Abstract
In the preformed research is studied the economical efficiency and social significance of simultaneous operative invasions in the surgery and gynecology. It is shown that the rational usage of miniinvasion technologies leads to the decreasing of the stationary hospital period of the patients the summary period of his disability here are also reduced the expenses per day of the patient's disability social insureness, the expenses for postoperative observations and narcosis. It is very actual for the treatment of the patients with different obesity degrees. By the way there are made the circumstances for more rational operating of the expensive high-technological equipment. All this facts play a bigger role under the circumstances of the reformation of the healthcare system.
