Abstract
In the article the Author presents his personal method of rhinoplasty when combination of rhinoscoliosis and rhinolordosis associated with nasal septum deformity. The particularity of the technique is in the set of osteotomies wich are rerformed through the 4 narrow tunnels joining one another the point of nasion. The fifth tunnel to create a pocket for the cartilage graft doesn’t communicate all others to prevent any further graft displacement. Four-tunnels osteotomy could be regarded as an alternative technigue in rhinoscoliosis along with transcutaneous osteotomy and traditional osteotomy through the intercartilage incisions.
