Abstract
The paper presents an algorithm for estimating the initial state outflow tract and assessment of their impact on the immediate and long-term results of treatment of patients with obliterating diseases of the femoral- popliteal - tibial segment. The study included 92 patients who had undergone multiple reconstructive operations in the segment below the knee and, 15.2 % of the patients initially had good outflow tract, in 39.1 % of patients determined satisfactory condition outflow tract and in 45.7 % of cases initially identified poor outflow tract.
