Abstract
The research of morphological changes in a wall of the main arteries at the patients were operated about restenosis or reocclusion, after earlier executed reconstructive interventions on an aorto-femoral segment, have been conducted. It have been revealed that performance of an endarterectomy leads to rough damage of the vascular wall with formation of neointimus changes and cicatrization. Implantation to a vascular wall a foreign matter leads to develop the chronic productive inflammation, being accompanied the excess growth of textus connectivus. The revealed changes significantly differ from those at atherosclerotic defeat.
