Diagnosis modified parathyroid the treatment of primary hyperparathyroidism interstitial laser photocoagulation

Abstract
Interstitial laser photocoagulation is an advanced minimally invasive treatment for primary hyperparathyroidism. The basis of its use is accurate topical diagnosis changed parathyroid glands (OSCHZH). Proposed fine-needle aspiration biopsy OSCHZH modified with a certain level of parathyroid hormone (PTH) in the wash of the needle (FNAB / PTH). The method is reliable, informative and safe. It is shown that TAPB / PTH allows an accurate verification of modified OSCHZH thereby ensure that minimally invasive treatment of primary hyperparathyroidism without traditional surgery.
