Abstract
The study used the results of the examination and treatment of 41 patients with acute pancreatitis who underwent endovascular catheterization of the celiac trunk, followed by intra-regional perfusion of the pancreas. The clinical results of intra-regional perfusion of the pancreas showed efficacy in the prevention of septic complications, progression of pancreatic necrosis in patients with aseptic forms of severe pancreatitis. Create intraarterial infusion tract allows multislice spiral computed tomography celiacography in order to increase the information content ray imaging zones destruction of the pancreas.
