Abstract

There are a biopsychosocial pain model, it consist of biological (anatomical, physiological), sociocultural (level of education, traditions) and psychological (cognitive, affective, behavioural) components. Also there are nociception (myofascial) and neuropathic (compression radiculopathy) components. The anatomical condition of the vertebral-motor segment often not correlated with the severity of pain syndrome. Assess the state of the peripheral segmental apparatus, peripheral nerves of the lower extremities, you can use stimulation ENMG.
