Abstract
The paper presents an analysis of the existing national legislation regulating relations in the part of the processing of personal data in the activities of medical institutions - the Federal Law ?On personal data? of 27.07.2006 № 152-FZ, Federal Law ?On Compulsory Health Insurance in the Russion Federation? dated 29.11.2010 № 326-FZ and the Federal Law of the Russion Federation? ?On the basis of health protection in the Russion Federation? dated 21.11.2011 № 323-FZ.
