ESTABLISHING AN EFFECTIVE PROJECT MANAGEMENT AND CONTROL SYSTEM IN PROJECT BASED ORGANIZATIONS

The project based organizations nowadays want to become the choicest agencies for management & implementation of projects related to sustainable economic development of the State. In order to achieve sustainable economic development, development institutes intend to revise and develop the project management and implementation abilities and employ a scientific “Project Management Approach” to become a domain expert on Project Management and Control thereby enabling the Institute to establish itself as the choicest agency to pitch for & fetch projects related to economic development. The research aims to ensure the effectiveness of project management and implementation, which in the long run contributes to achieve poverty reduction, building the capacity of human resources and institutions, strengthening governance and improving development outcomes.
