Abstract
Pressure vessel is a closed container designed to hold gases or liquids at a pressure substantially different from the ambient pressure. Information such as design and component development time was analyzed and modeled to ensure the effect of implementation of this approach to product development cycle and design efficiencies This project discusses some design principles that are deals with vessels are subjected to various applied forces acting in combination with internal pressure. Design of pressure vessels is governed by the ASME pressure vessel code. The code gives for thickness and stress of basic components, it is up to the designer to select appropriate analytical as procedure for determining stress due to other loadings. Structures such as pipes or bottles capable of holding internal pressure have been very important in the history of science and technology. Design of different pressure vessel concerned with elements such as shell, Dish end, and nozzles based on standards and codes; and evolution of shell, dish end and nozzles analyzed by means of ANSYS .for three materials (composite material, aluminum alloys and stainless steel) and then compere to choose the best design
