The finding of this study concludes that the employees working in public sector has large income level and they are more satisfied than private sector employees because in private institutions the wages are not according to qualification. Education has a great influence on the income level, teachers/employees who have higher education are getting more income as compared to those who are not much educated, but the workers of both the public and private sector think that their wages are not according to their education.
