The moral problem of whistle blowing

In this paper we investigate the phenomenon of "signalizatorstvo" ? incriminating statements by employees. Signalizatorstvo (information) ? is a form of opposition to violations of moral and legal norms, one of the possible forms of protection for the interests of the individual and society, human dignity. In Western countries signalizatorstvo took the form of institutionalized formal procedure, with its own rules and laws. The article examines the question of the moral status information.
