Abstract
This study, science in the teaching of quantum learning model of middle school sixth grade students ' academic achievements, attitudes and learning was conducted to examine persistence in teaching. This study, 2013 ? 2014 academic year first term Canakkale province Gallipoli County secondary school education is seeing four class of students was carried out over a total of 80 students. The research group experimental model test control pre - test and content analysis was conducted in the last. In this research , not carried out at random determition selection of experimental and control groups, It is equal to the pre - test of the groups in terms of academic achievement, which is the dependent variable was controlled research. The item is within the scope of the Granular structure of the topics ' unit, designed according to the model of quantum learning, lesson plans, materials, and activities have been developed. Experimental and control groups in determining the preliminary test is based on the results. With the aim of collecting data in the research achievement, attitudes, and was used as a persistence test scale. Tests in both groups after preliminary tests before the procedure experimental and experimental process has been applied in the last test. Cronbach Al pha coefficient was determined with the internal consistency of the scales should. Statistical analysis for the SPSS 22 program used, and p < 0.05 has been considered statistically significant. In addition, students of experiment group the discussions with records are also evaluated. In the result of the research, it was concluded that the Quantum Learning Model is not more effective than the control groups on the academic success and attitude. However, the effect on the persistence in teaching of learning has been seen in a positive direction. Student opinions arising in the day, and students in general meeting; is that a positive impact on student motivation and active participation in the course process method. In this way, students developed a sense of r esponsibility in students is the bookkeeping to bookkeeping, students who forget their homework if they start doing their homework on time. Also in the course attitude, teamwork, active participation in class, motivation, it was seen that the course had a positive effect on learning skills course. As a result, quantum model of learning in terms of academic achievement and attitudes and posttest scores of the control group of students were to create a significant difference between the average test scores. H owever, quantum learning model based on the consistency test results to determine the retention levels were higher average test scores significantly in the experimental group.
