Abstract
This paper presents the literature review of various designs of LNA using different topologies. Designing very highperformance LNAs is an active research area and is of crucial importance for wireless technologies. CMOS LNA architectures can be divided into two major groups the common source and the common gate LNA. CS LNA output gate current noise increases with the increase in frequency. In CGLNA noise factor is nearly constant irrespective of the frequency of operation and bandwidth.
