Abstract
The paper develops a method to optimize medical diagnostic decision-making in the form of algorithms. Taking into account the non-stationary process under study and the lack of information in different situations, the article developed an algorithm to solve this problem as a two-optimization problem. According to this algorithm, the problem optimization selection of diagnostic solutions in every moment of time ti is solved taking into account the patient's treatment, designated in previous moments of observation.
The results show that the optimization issues of diagnosing the disease it is advisable to decide together with the task of managing the treatment of patients.
