Abstract
The conditions and prospects of development of Ukraine are examined. Vectors of partnership development choice are being analyzed, and expedient attraction to EU vector is approved. Directions of structural transformation of Ukrainian economy are determined with major efforts focused on the industries having a large share of added value and also have sufficient competitive advantages over European competitors. The necessity of reforms in the sphere of employment and pensions is determined.
