Abstract
This paper aims to explore the characteristics of working conditions in the organization and to determine their influence on the behavior and performance of employees in the workplace. Object of analysis are the working conditions which are believed to directly affect staff productivity, and the subject is the study of the relationship between working conditions and productivity of employees in the organization. To achieve the main goal, the focus will be on solving the following tasks: 1) to examine the relationship between working conditions and their impact on staff performance; 2) to identify ways in which managers can create an environment that will support the productivity of employees while achieving organizational goals; 3) to propose a way to help staff to cope with the adverse affects of working conditions in the organization
