ATOPIC DERMATITIS IN CHILDREN LIVING IN SOUTHERN KYRGYZSTAN

Abstract
The results of clinical and diagnostic examination and treatment of 93 children with atopic dermatitis (AD), living in the south of the Kyrgyz Republic. It was determined: high level availability of family history of examined children, elevated levels of total IgE in serum, comorbidities. It was confirmed the effectiveness of the combination treatment of AD, including antihistamines, first-and second-generation topical and systemic corticosteroids, antibiotics, diet and physical therapy. The necessities of recurrence treatment and long-term individual follow-up were proved.
