THE COMPROMISE BETWEEN THE STATE AND SOCIETY AS A FACTOR OF EFFECTIVE AGRICULTURAL LAND USE

In the article discussed the questions of compromise between the state and citizens to proceedings of real efficient agricultural land use. Determined that the most productive agricultural land use development strategy is the development of market-oriented system within the administrative-territorial formations. There are formulated a model of effective land use based on principles of social and environmental oriented, market-oriented land use, energy-efficient mechanism for the use of soil.
