Abstract
ABSTRACT Failure of several projects to introduce ICTs within firms has often been attributed to a lack of alignment between business strategy and ICT strategy (Henderson and Venkatraman, 1989). In this paper, we try to apply the Strategic Alignment Model (SAM) on a CRM implementation project. The focus will be on strategic fit and functional integration.
