Abstract
Gamma ray irradiation technique is thepowerful technique to modify the dielectric and electro-optical properties ofliquid crystals. It prefers than any other modification technique because nocatalysts or additives are required to initiate the reaction. The present paperreports a comparative study of IR spectrum for both irradiated and unirradiatedEBHA NLC. The dielectric spectrum and ionic conductivity is also evaluated andwell explained in this paper. In addition to this, we have also suggested theconcept of the peak data information graph for better understanding of IRspectrum.
