Abstract
The article is dedicated to the analysis of the problem areas of legal regulation in the sphere of consumer rights on the Internet. The author analyzes cases of judicial practice in the fi eld of consumer protection on the Internet. In conclusion, the author argues that the legislation of Internet commerce is formed in Ukraine. Adjustment is made by the general normative legal acts in the fi eld of consumer protection, above all the Civil Code and the Law of Ukraine ?On Protection of Consumers’ Rights?.
