Abstract

In this article exclusive property rights of authors of derivative works like remaking and translations are observed. Much attention is paid to exclusive right on exercise of the work by reproduction, public performance, remaking. The author pay attention to the measure of rights of the author of original work and the measure of rights of the author of derivative work to translations, dramatic work and remaking. In the article, the author found that any use of such electronic translation of literary works automatically, immediately after its creation it becomes illegal because if work illegally leaked online, the electronic and on-line translation of the electronic version of the work is created without the consent of the author. The public performance of original literary works should be noted that the public performance of a work in translation or processing affect the exclusive rights to the original work. Therefore, the public reading of a work in translation is both original public performance of the work. An important way to implement exclusive property rights is processing work. After implementation of this right and create your own derivative works. Recycling original work is carried out only with the consent of the author. Derivative work is created without the consent of the original author is a violation of copyright. As a conclusion is the series of practical conclusions which would be useful to the subjects of copyright relations.
