Abstract
Legal nature of the software, highlight the positive and negative aspects of protection of computer programs as objects of copyright. Special attention is paid to protect not only forms ? text (code) program, but essentially functions as it does, by recording computer programs, like trademarks and patent applications as the algorithm process.
