Abstract
To estimate results of kidneytransplantation in city clinical hospital No. 7 of Almaty Analysed 100 patients who underwent kidney transplantation in our institution; male - 54 (54%), female ? 46 (46%) , age from 14 till 58 years (39 ± 10,3). 91 caseswasperfomed by hand - assisted laparoscopic nephrectomy (HALD) and in three cases ? open method (2 mini-lumbotomia and 1 pararectal access)
