Abstract
The supreme among the nation's resources is the human resource. For appropriately reshaping the society, education policy can play a vital role. As a consequence of recent developments, which caused loosening of the Indian education system, particularly through unplanned expansion and commercialization, we may have to pay heavy price for it. So it is high time to deliberate on the topic, provide right direction, plug in the loopholes and thus improve the education service of the country.
