Abstract
Every day we are confronted with the fact that more and more people invest in stocks. Owners of ordinary shares have participation in the property of the corporation in accordance with the percentage of issued shares owned by them. On the basis of the ownership share, shareholders ? those who own shares of a company ? exercise many rights. The most important among of them is the right to vote and the right of the residual creditor of all cash inflows of the company. Stock market represents a financial market that undoubtedly attracts the most attention, and undoubtedly is being monitored the most. By considering and also by the interpretation of the basic theories on determining the value of the shares, we come to understand the causes of growth and falling of share values from a minute to minute.
