Abstract
Economic organizations are in a constant relationship and interaction with their environment. There are more and more competitors in the market and customer needs are constantly growing and changing. Appropriate change management is necessary for companies to maintain their market position in long term in order to achieve competitiveness and profit. The framework of change management is defined by the factors of change management and characteristics of the factory. Our study aims introducing the concept of change management, the types of organizational changes and the relationship between organizational strategy and change management.
