Abstract
In the literature, the optimal design composers, in general, one aim function what are the mass, volume or costs of material in case of the truss structure. The costs of joints are difficult to estimate. In this work, we show the optimization with multiobjective functions. In this case, the objective functions are the mass of truss girder and the deflection of joints. The design constraints are prescribed by EUROCODE 3.
