Abstract
The relationship of art and science and the importance of music that is an important branch of art in human life is undeniable. Music is not only as an art but also as a concept that takes place in every period of human life and has healing effects on mind and body. Many civilizations discovered the effects of music on health according to their social and cultural level and made use of music, rhythm and dance in many subjects. With this article, we will evaluate the relationship between art and medicine from historical perspective.
