Abstract
The article deals with the problem of Zemstvo's teachers in the definite historical period and the role of Kursk region zemstvo in the changes of their conditions of life. The author uses a complex system approach to the investigation of the life support and conditions of life of zemstvo's teachers in Kursk region from the end of 19th century to the beginning of 20th century.
