ALGORITHM OF MANAGEMENT OF RESOURCES PROCUREMENT FOR DAIRY CATTLE BREEDING ON THE BASIS OF IT-TECHNOLOGY

One of the problems of dairy cattle is the high costs of production. The reduction of these costs can be achieved by using the tender purchases resources (feed, purchase of fixed assets, construction) for the implementation of the industry. A similar mechanism to reduce costs is used by state, industry and some enterprises of the agrarian sector in the central regions. The Saratov region didn’t use this mechanism, although its application can bring a positive effect.
