Writing a Case Report ? Tip for the Medical Educator

Writing a case report perhaps, the oldest form of communication in Medicine, is practiced for the longest period. Some of the narrations of cases by physicians of the caliber but it may unmatched for accuracy of observations and recording. A very basic form is taught and practiced by undergraduates while presenting cases in the wards. Once these skills are acquired, one may get graduation to written communication in the form of case reports and scientific paper takes place.
