Abstract
Here are analysed modern approaches to personal management on industrial enterprices ? lubricants producers- in order to find
out problem moments and determine perspective directions those systems what are working now. With a help of personal interviewing and questionnaire and polling at the first time was collected the information about strategically management methods on these enterprises, were found main directions of personal motivation and organizational culture basic concepts. Additionally were analysed: how are the adaptation and staff training used; were the staff costs increased in the last years, are observation, analysis and control employed. As a result were specified for the further successful work and development in the sphere of people management this group of companies needs planning charts implementation. They help to complete next tasks: to share the responsibility among top-managers, to combine collectives with one development goal, to accommodate the tasks among every employee. Alike researches help more effective manage of stuff and correct employee work.
