CHALLENGES FOR TEACHERS AT THE STAGE OF TEACHER’S PROFESSION BEGINNING

The difficulties of teachers during teaching profession beginning have been studied in the paper. The results of evaluation by experts of professional activity of teachers have been presented. Simultaneously the difficulties faced by teachers during entry into the teaching profession were analyzed. During the practical development of teaching profession young teachers face serious problems: external, objective nature and the difficulties caused by personal, psychological reasons; caused by the inability to use theoretical knowledge for solving educational problems.
