Abstract
This study aims at determining the criteria for the selection of banks by customers in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia under varying banks in the provision of services and the consequent customer preference for bank or certain banks in Saudi Arabia to focus on the most influential factors difference customers and improve methods of dealing with customers and focus on these criteria in its promotion to reach the target population and to achieve this, the researcher selected a random sample of (616) client from all the banks in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia relying on the questionnaire to collect data were subjected standards of validity and reliability, the study came up with several results, which are as follow: - There is no statistically significant difference in the relative importance of the criteria used by the Saudis to choose the banks that are dealing with" . - There is no relationship between influencing individual standards in the process chosen for the bank, which deal with and between demographic characteristics (age, education, income, and job" - An interest in the development of effective deployment of a network of commercial banks to support effective customer proximity various categories, including easy access for customers to the bank and provide them with comfort in financial transactions. - A need to pay attention to arrange the branches from the inside in order to achieve customer convenience,and improve the appearance of the outer branches to support a positive impression of the clients to the Bank. - An easier handling procedures? and simplify the documentary cycle, to ensure customers understand more closely and quickly in all areas of business.
