ACTIVITY OF SAKHALIN KOREANS NEWSPAPER IN 1949 ? 1990

The article provides a brief history of the only newspaper of Sakhalin Koreans since its inception and until 1990. The study is based on materials from the archives of the newspaper "Se crust Sinmun", that were previously introduced in the scientific revolution. The topic of the press of the Korean diaspora can confidently be called almost unexplored: among Russian researchers the significant attention to the development of the periodic press of Sakhalin Koreans was paid only by Sakhalin historian Cusin A.T. The purpose of this article is to highlight the activities of the periodical press in Sakhalin during the Soviet period focused only on the Korean population. We have chosen the period that includes only the first stage in the life of publication, which took place in the Soviet era, since then there have been some changes that have affected the face of the newspaper.
