Abstract
. This article is devoted to the analysis of the technology of social planning. The purpose of this tech- nology is to provide disciples with an opportunity to display individual leadership potential. The problem is to uncover that potential turning it into a resource, which can be used respectively. The authors of this research consider that the development and implementation of social projects at schools allow to place a child into a real problem situation in order to apply in practice the knowledge acquired during the development and self- development processes, to choose one’s own course of actions, to commit legal and moral acts according to a situation. It is in this case the ?disciple ? teacher? and ?disciple ? disciple? relations change to a partnership ? a union of an older and more experienced person with a less experienced one. This is a relationship based on the respect for a personality of each participant of social planning. This way the barriers for the manifestation of disciples’ leadership qualities are removed
