The Evolution of Principle of Sovereignty and Its Effect on the Positive Law

The evolution of principle of sovereignty reflects the eventual transfer of the political European Societies to Their new regime in which the duality of idol and reality had disappeared . In such way, the structure of the new positive law was formed. Thus , this positive law became separated from each independent idol .That is ,the analysis shows the state ending to live with a primitive conscious .Such conscious falses the action of constitutional institutions and hinders the progress of the international law. Moreover , the analysis Shows the false rationalism ( i.e. the falling of reason into the non ? science ) which established the new regime.
