Abstract
One of the modern food industry development streams is the functional products’ production. Sci-entific justification of their design is given in the study. The increase assortment opportunity of functional juicy beverages is represented. It is offered to add an energetic compound to the juices. For this purpose the grain-growing and bean flour is used.
