Abstract

The subject of the work is to analyze the issues related to the implementation of personnel marketing control process within enterprises. The main purpose is to clarify the place of personnel marketing control, to define phases of its implementation and their essence. The methodology of the work. The example of a study Interpipe loyalty and engagement of employees and provided recommendations to improve employee engagement. Results. The article propositions concerning the functioning of an efficient system of personnel management at an enterprise are carried out. External and internal factors which determine directions of marketing of personnel of enterprise are outlined. Accounting which help subject of economy in the realization of staffing strategy. The basic principles is learnt of the marketing staff. In this article the modern approaches as to the personnel marketing process development are discussed; the criteria that must meet the process in order to ensure the effective and successful implementation of personnel marketing within an enterprise are defined. Conclusions. It shows the composition and maintenance of requirements to the personnel, which are produced by an employer.
