Influence of innovation trend of transfer system on enterprise commercial activity

In the article there is noted that in conditions of competition a considerable influence on the effective enterprise activity has a control system organization. One of its improvement trends is creation of transfer system as a subsystem of general control system. The aim of the work is evaluation of activity of transfer system innovative trend by means of realization of innovative technical solution using energy economy. In the present work the innovation in the form of reconstruction of electric arc furnace that is by increasing the quantity of electrodes to six instead of three. Duration of the stage of scrap metal melting in the reconstructed electric furnace in case of its use of nominal and minimal permissible power is obtained by means of mathematical modeling. Innovative solutions gave a chance to shorten the time of scrap metal melting to 19 minutes in the first mode and 10 minutes in the second one in comparison with three electrode furnace. In those modes shortenings of electrical energy usage are defined by the electrical furnace. It led to decreasing the size of electrical steel cost price to 0.83 and 0.98 per cent correspondingly.
