Abstract
Data mining may help the Judiciary in the shape of decision support while deciding the same nature of crime. The present study was aimed to assess the effectiveness of data mining in Judiciary. Judgments of claim under Motor Vehicle Act 1988 in the Courts at Sirsa have been analyzed to draw the inference. Classification and Association techniques of data mining have been used through Weka 3.7.7 to inference the useful knowledge for the Judiciary.
