Self-Esteem level of Engineering Students

For a growth of an individual Self-Esteem is essential. It involves one’s own triumphs, victories, loses, downfalls etc., There are so many factors for one’s Self-Esteem level. As students, possessing second language is one of the most important criteria for theirSelf-Esteem level. Students from sub-continents are having this low Self-Esteemproblem. Not all, particularly students from remote areas / rural areas have this problem. When a person acquires this learned skill automatically Self-Esteem level increases. To prove this the investigator has done research among engineering students. The results of pre-test and progressive tests have shown some progress in students self ?esteem level. In this study the investigator designed Scales to assess Self-Esteem and Intervention strategies to enhance Self-Esteem.
